Job Description

As a member of the Learning team, your responsibilities would include:
. Provide system support for the Learning Management System:
o Create course items and classes on learning management system
o Maintain and update course master list
o Create collections
o Add to staff's learning history for classes which have concluded
o Enroll staff into classes where required
o Assist with migration of learning history data
o Prepare training application reports upon request
. Handle generic staff queries received in the Learning mailbox.
. Provide administrative support in codifying competencies into given templates.
. Assist in administrative and logistical support for setting up of physical in-person training sessions, including sending and collating invitations, attendance registration, training venue setup, feedback/evaluation collation, etc.

Qualities We Are Looking Out For in the Candidate
Individuals who are:
. Meticulous, service-oriented and able to work independently to get things done.
. Able to communicate well verbally and in writing.
. Proficient in the use of MS Office suite of applications, in particular MS Excel and its related functions and features.
. Comfortable in learning and using new systems. Familiarity with Successfactors Learning module is a plus.
. Experienced in providing administrative and logistical support.
. A team player who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
