Roles and Responsibilities
- To promote and sell the Company’s technical service offerings to plant and marine vessel owners.
- Respond promptly to incoming client inquiries and provide accurate quotations.
- Process and manage orders via system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain regular communication with clients via email, phone and in-person visits to follow up on quotes, answer queries, close orders and enhance client relationships.
- Utilize persuasive communication techniques to secure orders and strengthen client relationships.
- Actively cross-sell additional services provided by the Company, adding value to client partnerships.
- Identify and develop new customer opportunities through targeted outreach within Singapore and the region.
- Keep up-to-date with the Company’s services, industry trends and competitor offerings to maximize business opportunities.
Qualification Requirements
- Diploma holder in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent certificate in a relevant field.
- 2 years of sales experience within the technical services or marine industry.
- Familiar with Petrochemical Environment a bonus
- Transport Allowance provided if personal transport is available.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
