You will be responsible for your target, including the following job responsibilities:
. Engage and establish good relationships with Prospects, from an assigned pool of leads.
. Maintain a high level of professionalism and service while speaking to Prospects or Clients.
. Manage appointment cancellations and reschedule new appointments with prospects promptly.
. Conduct regular calls with the Prospect or Client to book appointments for him/her.
. Call Prospect or Client to remind them of their appointment.
. Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or Management.
Requirements:
. Minimum 1 year of outbound call center experience.
. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
. Good language proficiency to correspond with English and Mandarin-speaking clients for booking of appointments.
