Material Management Engineer/Supervisor/Manager

Work Location: Tuas Biomedical Park

Responsibilities:

• Review the project RML to confirm that the item codes meet application requirements. Apply the material code for new material requests by the project and extend master data.
• Review the manufacturing BOM and confirm the release status of all manufacturing materials as per BOM prior to manufacturing.
• Coordinate the transportation and arrival of materials supplied by the client according to the production plan, and track the inspection and release process.
• Perform SAP system maintenance according to production requirements: create and enter production master recipes, enter production BOM, create production versions, and create plan and process orders.
• Manage production material picking, transfer, and on-site workshop management in the SAP system.
• Handle product inventory.
• Execute material accountability in the workshop, manage material returns to the warehouse, and perform SAP system feeding at the end of production.
• Count the material consumption of the project, organize it into a list, and submit it to SCM for passthrough calculation at the end of production.
• Assist with GMP sample shipment.
• Provide data support tasks for manufacturing materials.
• Maintain GMP material stock lists and non-GMP stock for the department.
• Support the receipt and use of routine materials, validation materials, non-GMP materials, and sterilization materials in the production workshop.
• Handle abnormal materials and supplier complaints.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience in the pharmaceutical industry and experience related to conjugation or upstream and downstream manufacturing.
• Familiarity with biopharmaceutical-related regulations and cGMP.
