Customer Service Executive

Reporting to the Sales Director
The Customer Service Executive supports sales operations and oversees order processing. The role ensures smooth sales operations, timely responses to customer inquiries, and supports the sales team to enhance the efficiency of sales activities.
Responsibilities
Support the sales operations activities, including quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders
Monitor pending orders and provide delivery status updates to customers
Ensure effective resolution of customer inquiries and claims
Coordinate with the accounting team on invoice administration
Oversee timely payment collection from customers
Support CRM updates and maintenance
Assist the Sales Director with development projects
Participate in and lead digital marketing initiatives
Assist and support the sales team in running campaigns
Requirements
Diploma, Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with CRM
Significant experience in client and sales administration
Excellent verbal and written communication
Dynamic, team-layer, customer service-oriented
Strong organisational skills, self-driven and problem-solving attitude
