Responsibilities
. Provide administrative support to the Department.
. Coordinate department and project activities, and prepare documents required
. Manage administrative and operational duties like scheduling, arranging and facilitating meetings
. Proper documentation of records
. Management of department's inventory and equipment
Requirements
. GCE N / O / A Levels or Diploma Holders
. Good organisational and administrative skills
. Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
. Good team player, have an eye for details and ability to multi-task
