Job Description
1. Job Decsription
- Responsible for Home's programs and activities / events
- In-charge of planning, coordinating and implementing of the Home's in-house programmes
- To serve as the first point of contact for the Home with regards to all programmes
- Identify and secure programme expertise and resources, facilities and equipment and financial resources
- Make assessment on the suitability of programs / activities for the residents in consultation with social workers
- Capture photographs and maintain records for each programme / event / activities for reporting and evaluation purposes
- Update Home's notice boards periodically
- Prepare progress report upon completion of each programme
- Prepare relevant documentation of volunteers for screening with MSF
- Work closely with Home's volunteers and assist with Home's operations
- Perform other related duties as required by the Head of Home
2. Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Pleasant and outgoing personality, strong written & oral communication skills
- Experience working in non profit organisations and managing events preferred
3. Work Schedule
- 5 day work week
