We are actively seeking a Human Resources Executive who will be responsible for managing recruitment, payroll and employee relations while supporting the Human Resources Manager.

2. Principal Accountabilities

2.1 Recruitment: Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process

  • Job Request: Ensure job requests are raised by the Hiring Manager and approved via HRIS System
  • Job Description: Work closely with Hiring Managers to craft detailed job descriptions.
  • Job Posting: Post jobs on various job boards
  • Screening: Conduct initial screenings of candidates.
  • Interview Coordination: Invite and coordinate selected candidates for second and third interviews.
  • Offer Preparation: Prepare and send job offers and employee application forms to selected candidates.
  • Document Management: Ensure all necessary documents are collected and saved into the new employee folder in the shared drive.
  • Onboarding Documentation: Collect onboarding documents (e.g., photos, certificates)

2.2 HRIS System and Reports

  • Employee Data Entry: Create employee data in HRIS System for supervisors and above.
  • Weekly Onboarding Report: Prepare and share a weekly report on recruitment progress.
  • Ad-hoc Reporting: Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested.
  • Monthly Attendance Report: Generate monthly attendance reports from WebHR.

2.3 Payroll, Compensation & Benefits

  • To Assist HR Manager with payroll-related matters.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure employee information in HRIS System is accurate, including bank accounts and Remunerations.
  • Support all information and matters relating to Compensation and Benefits.
  • Other ad hoc duties required

2.4 Employee Relations

  • Employee Engagement: Assist HR Manager with engaging employees monthly to ensure support.
  • Focus Groups: Conduct monthly focus groups for climate checks.
  • Feedback Sharing: Share feedback and findings with HR Manager and GM.

Requirements

  • Meticulous, attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and operations
  • Some experience in supporting a HR team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in HR management or related field
