Your Role on Our Journey:
As an HR Executive, you'll be the trusted point of contact for our employees, supporting them throughout their journey with us. Your main task? To ensure every employee feels appreciated, empowered, and heard. Whether it’s guiding them through HR processes, addressing their questions, or simply checking in to see how they’re doing, your role will be essential in fostering a positive and engaged workplace. You'll help keep our employee motivated, our culture thriving, and our people-focused mission strong.
Your Day-to-Day Adventures:
- Coordinate and assist with HR Operations across the group of companies to ensure efficiency in company activities and to support smooth processes.
- Provide comprehensive support to employees on HR matters, including leave, compensation, and benefits, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues that arise.
- Assist in administering compensation and benefits such as leave, attendance and commission structures.
- Participate in various HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement and process improvement.
- Manage HR system and administrative duties, including record-keeping, documentation, and compliance.
- Support employee satisfaction by addressing concerns, introducing new benefits, and coordinating team-building activities.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations, ensuring all HR practices comply with legal requirements.
- Assist the team with other HR-related tasks as needed.
What Makes You a Perfect Fit:
- At least 1 year of experience in an HR or people-focused role, such as HR Assistant, Coordinator, or a similar position
- A passion for supporting and connecting with people
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a talent for resolving employee issues efficiently and empathetically
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, caring approach to employee relations
- An ability to identify opportunities for improving HR processes
