The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead our client’s operations across the ASEAN region and broader Asia market. This role will involve driving strategic growth, managing a high-performing team, and cultivating key client relationships. The successful candidate will help expand the company’s presence, working with premium consumer products that emphasize sensory engagement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the ASEAN/Asia team, ensuring alignment with global strategies and objectives.
- Develop and implement growth strategies across multiple industries, particularly in aroma molecules/fragrance/sensory-enhancing technologies, luxury goods, and consumer goods.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders, driving business development initiatives.
- Oversee market expansion, identifying new business opportunities and leveraging industry networks to grow the company’s footprint in the region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, gather market insights, and drive customer solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in regional or global roles within fragrance markets / scent technologies / aroma molecules / related luxury and consumer goods, or related industries focused on sensory experiences.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales dynamics, particularly in sectors that prioritize premium consumer products and innovative sensory technologies.
- Ability to manage large, multi-functional teams and execute complex strategies across the ASEAN/Asia market.
- Experience in leading business development and market penetration initiatives within the region.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a strong focus on client and stakeholder engagement.
