Our client:
Data center Cooling Solution Provider
The candidate will be responsible for managing partnerships and channel relationships to drive growth and expand our market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in the Data Center industry.
Job scope
1. External Partnership Management n channel management
. Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the data centre industry.
. Have win win mindset and proficient with negotiating partnership agreements
. Develop and maintain strong relationships with
. Identify and onboard new channel partners (reseller , distributor)
. To develop n execute channel strategies to maximize market reach and sales performance.
. To engage with channel partners, including training, marketing materials, and joint marketing campaign
. Visit channel partners to offer support, gather feedback, and assess market needs.
Internal
. Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and coordination.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in sales/marketing / mechanical engineering
- 3 years of experience in business development, partnership, and seller channel management in data centre industry.
- Able to travel as required.
- Experience in asia market an added advantage
