My client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join their team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination between sales, production, and logistics to meet customer requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with sales personnel and production teams, managing delivery, invoicing, and supply chain matters efficiently.
Salary: Up to $3800 (with AWS and Bonus)
Location: Pasir Panjang
Job Description:
- Assist the sales team with order processing, sales reports, customer inquiries, and updating records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate order processing, tracking, and delivery schedules, ensuring timely communication with logistics and distribution teams.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, providing prompt, accurate information to clients and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate sales records and generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports; monitor sales targets and performance metrics.
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks
- Handle logistics and production deviations while developing new logistics solutions.
- Coordinate with international teams on customer quality claims and shipping arrangements.
Requirements:
- Software Proficiency: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Movex or M3).
- Experience: At least 3 years of related experience, preferably in the Food/FMCG industry.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Mandarin.
