Job Description:

  • Collaborate with the Ecomm and Retail team to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Identify target audiences, select appropriate digital channels, and develop tactics to reach and engage them effectively.
  • Oversee the company's website, social media accounts, and other digital platforms. Optimize content, design, and user experience to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and increase conversions.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEM, SEO, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing. Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and insights.
  • Develop compelling and engaging content for various digital channels (website, blog, social media, and email campaigns).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities. Analyze market data to identify opportunities and provide recommendations for improving marketing strategies.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics using web analytics tools. Generate reports, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts, improve ROI, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates and user experience through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and other CRO techniques.
  • Continuously research and stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Share insights and recommend innovative strategies to enhance the company's digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing roles, with a focus on executing successful campaigns and driving results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, analytics tools, Adobe Photoshop & simple video editing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and marketing automation software.
