Role and responsibilities:
• Direct social media marketing campaigns and digital advertising efforts.
• Create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos adhering to brand guidelines for platforms like TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends and build relationships with followers and influencers to amplify brand presence.
• Proactively reach out to like-minded brands for partnerships and collaborations.
• Engage with influencers to expand brand reach and credibility.
• Conduct thorough research on market trends, audience behavior, competitor strategies, and consumer journeys.
• Analyse digital marketing analytics to derive actionable insights and optimize strategies.
• Handle any other assigned ad hoc duties efficiently.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree, preferably in marketing, mass communications or any relevant major.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and proficient in content creation, copywriting, and editing for social media platforms.
• Preferably Bahasa Indonesia speaking.
• Possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong sense of teamwork.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, meticulous and results-oriented.
• At least 2 years of experience in brand and social media, experience in F&B will be point plus.
