What are we looking for?
A visionary marketer to own and drive our end-to-end marketing strategy, to scale our fintech products with bold campaigns and cutting-edge brand initiatives globally. You’ll lead high-impact projects across digital, events, PR, and partnerships while collaborating with Product, Sales, and Leadership to align marketing with business growth. A creative hustler who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, passionate about storytelling, data-driven, and ready to build from zero to one, this is your stage! With a track record in B2B marketing, fintech, or SaaS, you’ll execute and build out the foundation for our future marketing organization.
This is a full-time position that reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.
Core Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end marketing strategy, from growth campaigns to brand development, to scale iPiD’s products
- Design and execute high-impact initiatives that drive customer acquisition and retention
- Build and manage all marketing channels, campaigns, content, and experiments, from digital, events to partnerships and PR — be the go-to person for getting things done
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership to align growth efforts with business goals
- Set the foundation for our future marketing organization and mentor team members as the company scale
- Collaborate with the Leadership and People team on internal communication, merch and activities
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and stakeholders
Requirements
- Min. 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, SaaS in financial services, fintech or technology
- A visionary marketer who thrives on building and scaling, making a meaningful impact to the business
- A hustler with grit, rolling your selves up to get things done. A reliable and resourceful team member.
- An exceptional communicator with the ability to build rapport and trust across teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated abilities in leadership and people management; you will lead by example.
- Data-driven, familiar with automation and digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Contrarian, creative with a passion for storytelling and brand development
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, globally distributed startup environment.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Have the authorisation to work in Singapore
