We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our The Centrepoint outlet.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product selection, styling and inquiries.
Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing. Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
Process sales transactions and handle cash accurately.
Support in-store events, promotions, and product launches.
Stay up-to-date with the brand’s new collections and best-sellers.
Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly.
Help meet sales targets by promoting products and cross-selling.
Process online order collections or after sales services.
Provide feedback to management to improve customer experience and store performance.
Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
Passionate about jewelry and fashion, with the ability to connect with customers and share product knowledge.
Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and a variable schedule.
Fluent in English.

Requirements (Part-Time):
Must commit at least 3 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
$10 - $12/hour plus commission for every sale.
