We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to join us in the managing of the mobility program.

Meaningful work you’ll contribute
- Collaborate with local vendors on mobility matters, to drive seamless delivery on various mobility practices including, but not limited to onboarding/off-boarding, visa, payroll, income tax, system administration.
- Proactively manage the mobility program, partnering with other functions and vendors such as Legal, Compliance, Tax, and Immigration.
- Ensure the client satisfaction and be their point of contact for escalation of issues related to international mobility and onboarding process.
- Offer feedback, advice and share the best practices to our clients on their relocation process, local immigration process,
- Work Closely with others in the global mobility team for information sourcing and documenting
- Design and maintain process documentation for the global mobility department.
- Collect and update immigration and tax policies for the APAC countries and America countries.
- Ensure accuracy and frequent updates of the professionals' personal information, in compliance with our privacy policies.
- Any other supporting tasks required.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 1-3-years work experience in HR or B2B Services delivery.
- Knowledge of HR policies and regulations in the APAC countries and America countries.
- Adaptable and collaborative, able to work with diverse groups of people at all levels in multiple countries.
- Strong commercial awareness and super hands-on attitude. Problem-solving oriented.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Fluent in English. Any other language proficiency is a plus.
- Agile and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and drive short turnaround times.
