Job Summary:

Dixmondsg is seeking a Creative Manager with expertise in branding, strategy, and design to lead our creative efforts. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of executing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. This role involves overseeing branding, product packaging design, creative direction, photography, and videography, and includes direct execution of creative projects to ensure alignment with our brand’s identity and strategy.

Job Scope:

The Creative Manager at Dixmondsg will oversee and directly execute all aspects of creative production, including branding, design, and visual content creation. This role involves leading a team, managing projects from concept to completion, and ensuring that all creative outputs align with the company’s strategic objectives and brand identity.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement branding strategies that reinforce Dixmondsg’s brand identity and resonate with target audiences.
  • Directly execute and ensure the timely delivery of creative projects, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines, including logo design, brand colors, and visual elements.
  • Provide creative direction for all marketing materials, ensuring alignment with the brand’s aesthetic and strategic goals.
  • Guide and execute the development of creative concepts, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
  • Lead and execute the design and development of product packaging, ensuring it reflects the brand’s identity and meets market standards.
  • Utilize photography and videography skills to create compelling visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate, execute, and oversee photo and video shoots, ensuring high-quality production and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Apply strong graphic design skills to create visually engaging content, including advertisements, digital assets, and print materials.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail and aesthetics in all design projects.
  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing and product teams, to ensure cohesive and effective creative strategies.
  • Manage and mentor creative team members, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Graphic Design, and 2 years of experience in managerial role.
  • Proven experience in branding, creative direction, and graphic design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in product packaging design, logo creation, and brand colors.
  • ⁠Proficiency in photography and videography, with a strong ability to capture and edit high-quality visual content.
  • Exceptional graphic design skills, with a detailed and keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to work self-driven and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in managing and mentoring a creative team.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
