Aims:

To play a key role in assisting the sales team to do product presentation and demonstrations and implementing marketing initiatives to promote range of products.
To establish brand presence and recognition among the professionals.
To create brand loyalty among customers.

Duties and responsibilities:

To play key support role to the sales team in terms of product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
To assist the sales team in monitoring field information, market trends, competitive pricing and competitive activities whenever possible.
To play key role and take lead in executing HQ and local marketing plans – e.g. Executing successful product launches for new devices, participate and organize plans for trade exhibitions.
Attend HQ product trainings.
To provide customer support for products for both pre and post sales.
To maintain active communications channels with customers through frequent follow ups.
To manage and resolve customer complaints and provide long term and sustainable solutions.
To represent and champion customers’ views.
To be able to travel overseas if required to provide training, attend exhibitions, product demonstrations and visit customer on site.
To develop contacts with government hospitals’ rehab clinics and create a communication channels with hospitals.
To develop a good working relationship with key learning institute of physiotherapy.
To suggest product ideas and product improvement ideas to internal management from customers’ perspective.
Identify and manage any appointed KOL and work closely with the KOL to enhance market presence.
To work with the Clinical Specialist Team to formulate new protocols or enhance existing protocols for devices to differentiate, maximize sales and placement opportunities.
