  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of the group office and leading the Group's financial and management reporting processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all Accounting and Finance functions for the China and Hong Kong group office
  • Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory guidelines in financial reporting
  • Leading financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis
  • Establishing and enforcing robust internal controls to safeguard financial integrity
  • Supervising treasury functions, including cash management and banking relationships
  • Driving finance projects at a Group level aligned with strategic goals
  • Collaborating with external auditors to manage audit processes effectively
  • Providing leadership to the finance team, fostering professional growth and compliance with internal policies

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field with professional accounting qualifications
  • Over 12 years of relevant experience, including training at a Big 4 audit firm and commercial roles in sizable B2B companies
  • Experience in business transformations, strategic planning, and execution
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to team management
  • Proven ability to manage projects and deliver under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player
  • Proficiency in MS Suite, particularly Excel
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
