JOB SUMMARY
Work closely with members of the SOD team to ensure
- successful implementation of strategic projects
- strengthening of organisation culture and
- effective fundraising for strategic projects
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support project management and implementation
- Execution of culture-promoting initiatives
- Follow-up with donor engagements and closing of donations prospecting
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in culture building within an organisation
- Professional and positive engagements with internal and external stakeholders
- Systematic and organized, able to multi-task and oversee multiple timelines
- Effective translation of strategy to outcomes
- Timely and effective delivery of results
- Open to learning new domains of knowledge related to the project on hand
- Experienced in project management and people engagement
- Strong communication skills (able to speak / write clearly and succinctly)
- Strong accountability and independent worker
- Detailed and meticulous
- Resourceful and mature
- Adept in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Experience using software applications such as Canva and/or having research/editorial experience would be an advantage
