Job role: Content & Communications Assistant
Report to: Group Communications Director, APAC
JOB OVERVIEW:
This newly created role is an opportunity to make your mark in a fast paced and vibrant environment with a wide range of marketing, content and communication needs.
The right candidate will have autonomy to create beautiful and engaging assets to be used across all mediums from presentations, to social media, to print and merchandise. As well as drafting internal communications such as newsletters and updates, and using your creativity to plan engaging events for staff and clients.
In addition, you will work closely with the APAC Group Communications Director to create unity and engagement among the full suite of Howden businesses in Asia specifically with a communications and DE&I focus.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with other marcomms resources in the region to ensure information is shared and the brand is uniformly represented externally.
ROLE ANALYSIS:
The role purpose is to support the APAC Group Communications Director to
Develop engaging communications across a wide range of channels both internally and externally.
Promote the adoption of Group led communications and initiaitves across all Howden Group business in the APAC region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with Communications & Marketing resources to execute the Communications plan for Howden Asia
Assist in creating & formatting Broker Presentations, Internal Communications, Webinars and a range of print and digital materials across the Asia Pacific region.
Assist in internal & external event management
Use your demonstrated creative flair to develop engaging communications for both internal & external audiences
Champion collaboration accross the region
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE:
Design experience using Canva and/or InDesign
Adavnced PowerPoint skills highly regarded
Video filming & editing experienced highly regarded
Self starter who takes initiative and enjoys managing up
Ability to work autonomously, and as part of a team
Ability to work without a defined role scope and structure, and help set this in place.
