Role Responsibilities:

Account Management

  • Conduct client and market research to identify new opportunities for growing and expanding work with existing clients.
  • Develop new business with existing clients, identifying areas for improvement to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Formulate business strategies and execute sales plans to achieve goals in market share, revenue, and profit.
  • Manage all sales-related activities, including proposal preparation, presentations, contract and terms negotiations, periodic pricing discussions, cost analysis, and liability management.
  • Detect and act on opportunities for sales growth and project expansion.
  • Drive and implement local marketing initiatives to support sales objectives, ensuring resource availability and infrastructure.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with partners, vendors, and suppliers to support sales efforts.
  • Analyse sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize sales outcomes.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to tailor offerings to client needs and market trends.

Account Delivery Management

  • Oversee client relationships, P&L management, quality, and risk for services provided, while strategically positioning for growth.
  • Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams.
  • Manage and lead the delivery team to resolve customer escalations efficiently.
  • Develop and implement client communication plans through dashboards and status reports.
  • Conduct price-to-win, competitive positioning, and bid/no-bid analyses.

Project Management

  • Ensure rigorous delivery across all aspects of project management, including schedules, objectives, resource management, action item deadlines, and budget adherence.
  • Implement and enforce security policies as mandated by the MSA and internal best practices, ensuring security rigor across all project deliveries.
  • Provide effective risk mitigation plans and ensure all actions are followed through.

Leadership

  • Provide leadership and partnership to teams executing core projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and culture.
  • Update key stakeholders on sales initiatives, progress, and recommendations.
  • Hire and manage Key Account Managers as needed.
  • Represent the company at events and conferences to enhance business development efforts.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, business, economics or related discipline
  • Minimum 15 years of sales experience in sales, account management, service delivery or a related field
  • Strong Healthcare/ Medical domain knowledge and able to deliver innovative business solutions
  • Ability to work independently, handling all aspect of the sales cycle with excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Target driven and self-starter with ability to deliver on targets, with ability to juggle multiple clients at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholder at all levels of an organization, with a proven track record of success.
