We are looking for a motivated and experienced recruitment executive to join us. As a recruitment executive, you will use your knowledge and expertise to recruit driven and talented candidates to join our cybersecurity, data analytics and software engineering teams. You will be part of a team that is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement as well as the management of scholarships.

Responsibilities

  • Partner and liaise with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various recruitment strategies and channels
  • Source for potential candidates on various platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, career fairs, referrals
  • Screen applications and shortlist qualified candidates for diverse technical roles
  • Derive remuneration packages and manage offers to selected candidates
  • Manage candidates through the entire recruitment cycle, from candidate screening to final placement


Requirements (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A good understanding or keen interest in information technology and the technical skills required of our candidates
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Team player, with good planning ability and meticulous with details
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Aspiring candidates who do not meet all the job requirements will be considered based on individuals’ merits
  • Prior agency and/or in-house end-to-end recruitment experience would be an advantage
