We're searching for a dedicated Creative Producer to grow our team. We work with brands and agencies on various content development. We're hoping to find someone to take our design production to the next level and grow the quality and breadth of our creative output.
You'll be leading the project development (visual design included when you have the skills) of our work - but this isn't a motion design role and no animation skills are required. A knowledge and experience around animation, motion graphics and b2b marketing will be very much beneficial.
This is a client-facing role. Working alongside our Creatives, you'll be exploring solutions to client briefs and presenting ideas with good knowledge of resources and budget given. We want someone resourceful to drive us forward, developing efficient workflow, as we are riding the waves of change in the media industry.
This role will also be another lead and support to the creative team providing help and guidance to develop their design and illustration skills.

About the role
Key responsibilities and activities:
- Drive forward all project output to improve the quality and breadth of our work with creatives.
- Share client-facing responsibilities with our Creative Director and Art Director, understanding project requirements in detail.
- Be another source of knowledge and experience to support the creative team's development, particularly in advising feasibility of timeline/budget.
- Support the creative production (digesting client feedback and coming up with creative solutions, storytelling, music selection, script ideas, finding the right collaborators).
- Lead and facilitate creative ideation sessions internally.
- Work on new project proposals, creating engaging visual and written content to communicate to client.
- Create quick mock-ups, to support creatives ideas internally and externally.
- Contribute to the development of studio's brand and create marketing materials.
Qualities and skills:
- You have the heart and empathy for people, especially in serving the clients/accounts in understanding their perspective as well as to bridge the gap for the brief to balance between our client's business and creative objectives
- Presenting skills, bridging communications to clearly explain ideas and concepts to clients and designers.
- A problem solver at heart - someone who is resourceful in finding solutions in the workflow, finding the right partners, freelancers and collaborators for certain projects
- Meticulous, detail oriented in project timeline and outsource budget planning
- Able to delegate activities across the internal/external team.
- Basic practical design skills using Adobe Creative Cloud.
Great to have but not necessary
- A brilliant hands-on creative with ideas for original styles and looks.
- Strong storytelling ability and interest in story and animation direction.
- Passion for mentoring and coaching to help the creative team's development.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design techniques, tools and trends.
- Experience in 3D / motion graphics (ideally Cinema 4D) pipeline would be hugely beneficial but NOT essential.
