Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage spectrum of HR duties in alignment with organisation goals
2. Manpower planning and budgeting with line managers
3. Administer performance appraisals, increments and bonus computation
4. Develop HR strategies for talent acquisition and management
5. Training and Development
6. Administration of staff benefits eg, medical hospitalisation, insurance, leave etc
7. Oversee Payroll, leave and claims administration
8. Benchmarking of salaries and benefits with industry as and when needed
9. Conduct onboarding, orientation for new staff and conduct exit interview for resigning staff
10. Handle staff grievance and disciplinary issues that may arise
11. Assist to organise social events and celebrations for all staff as and when required
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Minimum postgraduate Diploma or degree in HR management
2. Familiarity with MOM labour legislations and CPF regulations
3. Familiarity with safety regulations and whistleblowing policies
4. Effective verbal and written communication skills
5. Knowledge and experience in foreign manpower hires for care staff
6. Strong communication skills to staff and management
7. Minimum of 5 years experiences in HR field
