Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
. Oversees the full set of accounts and the accounts team
. Manages company cash flows as well as AR & AP aging
. Preparation and checking of management reports
. Work on the WIP (work in progress)
. GST and tax reporting
. Liaison with the auditors, company secretary, banks, Government agencies and inter-departments
. Assists in Government grant applications
. Advises the management on financial matters
JOB REQUIREMENTS
. Degree or Diploma in Accounting
. Experience with full set of accounts using computerized accounting system
. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Synergix ERP preferred)
. Minimum 3 years in similar capacity
. Team player with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
. Effective in verbal and written communication
. Able to multi-task
