Job Description:
. Able to learn and read piping engineering drawings etc. Isometrics, piping and instrumentation diagrams.
. Preparation and submission of drawings or project documents etc. progress report, project claims, completion reports.
. Perform detailed pre-engineering, work packs, procedures etc for one or more PPU pre-commissioning service line in particular for Leak Testing / Flange management .
. Attend co-ordination meeting.
. Lead a team and liaise well with the client, project management and team members.
. Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
. Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project members to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.
. Ensure the operating strategy is effective in meeting the Companies objectives for the equipment readiness for operations.
. Office based duties will also include assisting with equipment specification and function testing, technical tendering etc.
. Assist Operations Manager in the uphold of the QHSE management systems.
. Ensure strict compliance with the Companies Quality, Safety, Environmental Management Systems and Procedures to ensure all duties are executed, in the workshop, in a safe manner minimising harm to the environment and personnel.
. Demonstrates ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Power Point & Access).
Preference:
- 1 2 years in relevance experience
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
- Capability to act on own initiative, exercise good judgment and manage expectations
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently
- Adaptability & flexibility to change.
Training and Guidance will be provided.
