  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an APAC Field Service Engineer at LGC Science Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for field service, troubleshooting, technical support, customer product training and preventive maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Candidate shall be based out of our Singapore office and reporting to the field service leader.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in engineering, chemistry or life science field
  • Field Service and Technical Support skills in analytical automation and life science instruments
  • Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the life sciences or genomics industry is a plus
  • Strong English skills and able to communicate in Chinese a plus as candidate might occasionally be mobilized to support Taiwan and China market.
