We are looking for an Education Specialist in English/Mathematics (Primary School) who is passionate and eager to contribute to a dynamic learning environment. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging enrichment lessons that help students build confidence and mastery in the subject.
Job Responsibilities:
Curriculum Delivery:
To teach enrichment lessons using specially designed teaching materials to students aged 7 to 12 years old
Preparing curriculum resources for the delivery of a high-quality educational experience
Conduct classroom classes for up to 12 students i.e. assigning homework and providing guidance to students
Tracking the academic progress of students and providing regular updates to parents on students’ progress and performance
Customer Engagement and Communication:
Build and maintain good rapport with parents and students
Support the well-being of students during non-classroom time (e.g., provide homework support, supervision during students’ free time)
Assist with centre management as well as general well-being and safety of the students.
Operational & Administrative Support
Assist with administrative and other duties to support centre operations.
Attend training sessions, staff meetings and other professional development activities.
Job Requirements:
Diploma, Bachelor's or equivalent in any field, ideally with a focus on Education.
B3 or above in O levels for the specialised subjects (English and Mathematics).
Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience in an enrichment centre or similar educational setting. Familiarity with MOE syllabus is an added advantage.
Outstanding verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills.
Ability to engage and inspire students in the classroom
Ability to work on weekday evenings and weekends, 44 hours work week
