Responsibilities
- Develop and implement productivity projects across group companies in Southeast Asia and India to reduce costs and improve profitability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve operating income improvements, ensuring alignment with regional strategies and financial objectives.
- Lead and mentor project teams, providing subject matter expertise to drive a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Coordinate productivity initiatives with HQ and replicate successful projects from Europe counterpart.
- Support digital transformation by integrating innovative tools that enhance operational productivity.
- Analyze and consolidate data to create productivity reports and KPIs, providing clear performance insights.
- Facilitate effective communication at all organizational levels to ensure smooth collaboration and information exchange.
- Oversee technical and engineering support for project execution.
- Deliver training in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to boost process efficiency.
- Promote networking and best practice sharing within the organization to increase regional and global project replication.
- Collaborate closely with the HQ productivity team to ensure unified efforts across regions.
- Build relationships with external vendors to introduce new solutions and training that improve project outcomes.
Requirements
- Extensive management and work experience in industrial gas production or related industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or Business.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, present to senior leadership, and deliver high-quality work to site management.
- Background in Operations Excellence or Lean Implementation.
- Skilled in project management.
- Program management experience is a plus.
- Good facilitation and organizational skills, with leadership abilities, coaching expertise, and a high level of influence.
