  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Train and guide beauty staff, plan training schedules, and motivate the team.
  • In charge of product notifications and registrations to meet the authority requirements
  • Execute field coaching, including Basic trainings, Seasonal trainings, and various follow-up trainings to Therapists and Sales Consultants, to improve business performance, customer service and enhance brand image
  • Develop training materials, SOPs, class presentations and training programmes
  • To perform any other assigned job duties as per assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Beauty Trainer
  • Strong experience in training including delivery of training, ability to coach with a strong sense of detail and a strong focus on growing sales capabilities.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Certified by CIDESCO, ITEC, WSQ ACTA Full Certificate, WSQ SOA or any other relevant qualifications in beauty and aesthetic.
