We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and possesses a high standard in hospitality. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic while providing a warm, welcoming environment for our patients.
Job Descriptions:
- Warmly welcome patients, providing courteous assistance and ensuring a positive first impression of the clinic.
- Efficiently manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations, while maintaining accurate records.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries and providing clear information about clinic services and procedures.
- Assist patients with completing necessary paperwork and forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with clinic protocols.
- Collaborate closely with medical staff to facilitate patient flow and address any concerns or special requirements promptly.
- Process payments, verify insurance details, and reconcile financial transactions accurately.
- Coordinate with external service providers, such as laboratories and imaging centers, to arrange patient tests and procedures as required.
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding patient information and medical records, in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role with nurse background, preferably within a healthcare or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals, including patients, families, and colleagues.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- A positive attitude and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service to patients
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a willingness to support team members as needed.
- Minimum qualification of GCE O Levels or equivalent additional certification in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
