Job Description
Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the company. This role requires a keen understanding of talent market trends, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
-Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates for different roles, including technical, managerial, and executive positions.
-Job Posting & Sourcing: Create compelling job descriptions, post openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and company website. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
-Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
-Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, and assist in preparing interviewers with relevant candidate information and interview guides.
-Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Offer timely feedback and maintain clear communication with candidates.
-Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure alignment on job requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment timelines.
-Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices to offer insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.
-Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal regulations and company policies, including maintaining accurate records and documentation.
-Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company's employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
-Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role, preferably in Retail/Education line.
-Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, labor market trends, and best practices.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Preferred Skills:
-Experience with using several platform for sourcing candidate.
-Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g.IHRP or CEI) is a plus.
-Knowledge of Retail/ Education line.
