Position Summary

You will partner with the assigned business divisions to provide operational and strategic support across the full spectrum of HR including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and Talent Management.

You will actively engage with internal and external stakeholders to create and implement human capital strategy that is aligned with business’ objectives by building a productive and high performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders/managers to identify employee engagement drivers/issues and implement programs to build and develop an engaged workforce
  • Be a trusted change agent to assigned business divisions through process re-design to support alignment and transformation towards Group HR policies and processes
  • Understand talent needs and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to attract, select and hire relevant and best in class candidates
  • Use employee metrics, market trends to determine the efficacy of people processes and apply insights to build and improve effective HR solutions to dynamic business needs which will include being actively involved in the candidate selection and offer process
  • Partner with business leaders/managers to actively drive a high performance culture within their respective teams including building future ready workforce in optimization plans and align on-the-ground performance management practices towards the Group HR framework
  • Provide inputs on workforce and succession planning, as well as initiatives involving organizational department restructuring to achieve strategic business objectives
  • Enforce procedural fairness in employee relations matters. Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary
  • Ensure compliance as a trusted partner to provide guidance across all levels which will include to anticipate and mitigate potential risks when necessary
  • Requirements

    • Degree in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences or other related disciplines with progressive HR experience in medium to large organizations.
    • At least 7 to 10 years of HR experience with at least 2 years of experience in both talent acquisition and HR Business Partner experience.
    • Good understanding and practical application of local employment laws and HR practices, and in touch with emerging HR trends.
    • Deep understanding of how to run a high-quality, full cycle and custom recruiting process.
    • Must be self-starter, hands on and passionate to operate both strategically and tactically in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and stakeholder management skills and ability to relate well with people at all levels.
    • Possess strong creative thinking skills in order to build and deliver on innovative HR solutions.
    • Prior experience in the payments or financial industry as well as strong knowledge of MAS regulations and compliance would be highly advantageous.
