About The Role
Based in Singapore, you will be part of the Strategic Communications leadership team that serves SATS operations at Changi Airport, one of the world’s busiest and most respected airports, and in over 215 stations across 27 countries. As the integration between SATS and Worldwide Flight Services gathers momentum, you will help accelerate the integration of global communications-related efforts, and also anticipate and plan for future needs to support SATS Group’s growth. The task force you will join offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic alignment and integration between communications offices who serve the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa and the Asia-Pacific, and start new ideas from a blank canvas. Your contributions will touch millions of air travelers worldwide and tonnes of air cargo as SATS evolves into an aviation industry MNC.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide public relations advice to business units across SATS Group’s global network
- Ensure internal and external messages are conveyed in a consistent and professional way that reflects our corporate values.
- Plan and direct the crisis communications plans, processes and procedures for issues that have the potential to cause reputational damage to SATS Group.
- Monitor aviation industry trends, issues and perceptions to proactively identify reputational risks and opportunities.
- Work with global communications teams and key stakeholders to ensure coordinated approach to communications, as well as consistency in delivery for quality outcomes.
- You should have over 12 years of experience in Corporate Relations and/or Communications roles. Experience working in a regulated framework or within the aviation sector will be advantageous.
- A strategic thinker and capable project manager who can efficiently and effectively manage multiple, concurrent global communications efforts in different regions
- An ability to develop roadmaps and guide teams to create strategies relevant to their respective regions
- Experience working with senior leadership in multicultural environments
- Ability to nurture meaningful stakeholder relationships, internally and externally
