Job Description:
As a Sales Manager at Kee Safety, your main responsibility is to close deals and win orders across various construction projects, including high-rise, civil engineering, and industrial construction. We need a proven sales professional with a strong track record in successfully closing sales. You will report directly to the General Manager of the Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Order Closing and Development:
- Drive sales efforts to successfully close deals and secure more orders in the Asia Pacific region.
- Identify and prioritise key sales channels to maximise revenue, demonstrating a proven track record of closing sales orders effectively.
2. Order and Contract Management:
- Secure orders, contracts, and tenders by engaging with blue-chip end clients.
- Lead negotiations to close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
3. Client Engagement:
- Build and nurture relationships with blue-chip clients to understand their needs and ensure repeat business.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to convince clients of the value proposition.
4. Project Costing and Profit Calculation:
- Conduct detailed project costing, budget preparation, and profit margin calculations.
- Collaborate with engineering and finance teams to ensure accurate pricing and cost management.
5. Market Expansion:
- Establish a new network of partners, including distributors, installation contractors, and other key players across Southeast Asia.
- Develop and manage multiple routes to market, ensuring partners are well-supported and aligned to achieve sales targets.
6. Travel and Client Support:
- Travel extensively within Southeast Asia to meet customers, attend industry events, and support local sales efforts.
- Provide on-site support to clients and partners as needed.
7. Market Intelligence:
- Gather and analyze market and competitor information to stay ahead in the market.
- Provide insights and feedback for product development and marketing initiatives.
8. Office & CRM Specialist
- Very good knowledge of MS Office suite and experience with AutoCAD is a plus.
- Maintain comprehensive records of existing and potential customers as well as influencing parties using ZOHO CRM.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in technical sales or a related field.
- Regional Expertise: Proven ability to sell successfully in the APAC region.
- Client Interaction: Experience in winning contracts and tenders, particularly with large, blue-chip clients.
- Financial Acumen: Proficient in project costing, budgeting, and profit margin calculations.
- Travel: Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the region.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English (Local Language is an additional preference is a plus)
- Management Experience: Skilled in finding, appointing, and managing distributors, partners, and
contractors.

Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field (preferred).
· Relevant certifications or training in sales and project management (desirable).
