Chung Ting Fai & Co. invites candidates to apply for Practice Training Contract/Relevant Legal Training, commencing January 2025 onwards.

We are a boutique full-service law firm seeking a motivated and dedicated Practice Trainee Solicitor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring lawyer to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in both corporate and litigation practice areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with client consultations and drafting legal documents
  • Supporting senior solicitors in corporate transactions and litigation matters
  • Conducting legal research and preparing case materials
  • Liaising with clients, particularly Chinese-speaking clients, and supporting their legal needs
  • Attending court sessions, client meetings, and other legal proceedings
