Job Description
Location: Precix.io. Next to SGH, at Catalyst Coworking Space
We are a 10-man company in the medical device space. We are looking for an experienced HR and Ops senior executive, reporting to Operations Manager, for the following role.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing
- Job Posting: Advertise job openings on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and the company website.
- Screening Resumes: Review and shortlist resumes to match job requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Background Checks: Conduct background checks and verify candidate information.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and initial training.
- Offboarding: Assist in offboarding and exit interviews
Employee Relations
- Policy Communication: Ensure employees are aware of company policies and procedures. Maintain employee handbook
- Employee Engagement: Organize activities and programs to boost employee morale and engagement.
- Feedback Mechanism: Implement systems for collecting and addressing employee feedback.
Training and Development
- Needs Assessment: Identify training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
- Program Development: Develop and implement training programs and workshops.
- Performance Management: Assist in the development and execution of performance appraisal systems.
Compensation and Benefits
- Payroll Processing: Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including leave, flexi-time and flexi-place work policies.
Administrative Support
- Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintenance and supplies.
- Database Management: Maintain and update HR databases, information systems, and handbook
- Scheduling Appointments: Assign manpower for patient assessments and schedule appointments accordingly.
Additional Skills and Competencies:
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees
- Organizational Skills: Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Problem-Solving: Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Technical Skills: Experience with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Educational and Experience Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Min 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Certifications: Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
