Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Job DescriptionTeam SummaryThe Integrated Money Movement Sales and Solutioning team includes our Visa Direct, Currencycloud/Visa Cross Border Solutions (VXBS) and B2B Connect. The team provides an array of solutions to clients worldwide, facilitating receive, manage and transfer funds to cards, bank accounts, and digital wallets. Our services cater to various applications including person-to-person (P2P), business to person, business to business transfers, government to person, value added services such as alias directory, request to pay, processing gateway services, FX solutions, and more.The role will report to Global Chief Revenue Office for Money Movement Solutions and the Regional Head of Commercial and Money Movement Solutions.What a VP, Head of Integrated Money Movement, AP does at Visa:
  • Global Annual Operating Plan - Build & deliver annual operating plan, including identifying key initiatives, coordinating fees, payment volume and revenue forecasting, coordinated thru regional operating team.
  • Sales - build a strong sales pipeline and lead a sales organization to reach incremental revenue targets for Money Movement Solutions with clients such as Treasury, Corporate, Retail banks, FX Brokers, Remitters, traditional card-payments Acquirers, Merchants, Fintechs, Government, Technical Enablers, Digital Wallets, and more.
  • Strategy and New Use Cases - Lead development & execution of key strategic initiatives for Money Movement Solutions for domestic, in-bound and out-bound cross-border payments, e.g., Building acceptance and transaction volumes across AP, expansion of new use cases, acceleration of money movement across new payment rails, such as Visa Payments Limited, B2B Connect, Visa XB Solutions and VisaNet.
  • Leadership - Provide inspirational leadership to the team, ensuring maximum efficiency and engagement by handling conflicting and challenging demands across multiple client accounts. Attracting, developing and retaining outstanding talent, maximize employee engagement and ensure all staff have meaningful development plans.
  • Performance Management - Develop and lead regular performance management cadence including business reviews, internal communication and governance process.
  • Network Readiness - Ensure strong coverage and approval rates, work with Operations, Government and Risk teams to identify issues and execute plans.
  • Policy & Compliance - Evaluate applicable Money Movement rules to use cases and client solution constructs. Collaborate with the Global, Regional and Market Policy and Rules team on changes to existing policies or the creation of new ones. Support resolution of compliance issues in partnership with Compliance & Client Services teams.
  • Client implementation and support model - Refine client implementation and account management support model to ensure scalability and excellence, work with Operations, Risk and Client Services support teams to refine and execute the end-to-end implementation of Money Movement Solutions.
  • Pricing and incentive framework - Implement and maintain regional pricing framework to support deal management process for regional sales efforts. Efforts should work within global pricing strategy/policy, pricing operations, while considering the regional competitive environment.
  • Partnership model - identify and build operating partnerships with key points of payment aggregation in the AP value chain.
Why this is important to Visa:This role will be responsible for expanding, building, managing and delivering the Money Movement Solutions in the Asia Pacific region, which includes forming the strategy, structuring the team, defining the operating plan and leading a robust sales organization to achieve the ambitious Visa targets for Visa's new payment flows in the region. Regularly interacting with internal and external executives, government and regulatory entities in order to develop and implement strategic plans and objectives in alignment with the corporate and regional strategy. As well as making decisions that directly impacts the success of the money movement organization in AP and its financial results.QualificationsWhat you will need:
  • 15+ years of work experience with a bachelor's degree including experience and extensive regional industry knowledge, emphasizing Commercial / Wholesale payments experience, local and international money transfers, real-time payments, alternative (to card network) payment processing.
  • Self-starter with a bias toward action and proven track record for successfully developing, building, launching and commercializing technology products that delight customers.
  • Experience leading commercialization team, product management, strategy organization and/or management consulting.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact and liase directly with the regulators, ensuring adherence to industry standards and requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on clients.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership and the aptitude to think creatively and identify new ways to innovate and differentiate products with evidence of tangible business results.
  • Passionate about what you do and about the opportunity to transform payments working for the industry leader.
  • Passion for attracting, developing and retaining talent with the ability to inspire direct reports and influence those without direct management responsibility.
