Responsibilities
- Strategic Programme and Project Management: Develop, administer, and track ICT manpower development programmes and projects.
- Empowerment through Engagement: Manage public feedback and appeals for the prestigious TeSA Programmes, while engaging with industry partners, government agencies, and training providers to create impactful job placement opportunities for Singaporeans.
- Nurturing Talent and Driving Success: Collaborate with leading companies to recruit and onboard new trainees, ensuring integration and success.
- Dynamic Growth and Development: As part of the larger Human Capital Cluster, you’ll have the chance to take on diverse and stimulating projects, providing invaluable exposure to different facets of work.
Requirements
- Background in Business, Tech, or HR related disciplines.
- At least 3-5 years’ working experience in industry engagement, manpower development, and programme management.
- Strong ability to write and engage with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment under minimal supervision.
- A strong grasp of the ICT sector is preferred for this role.
- Experience in civil/public service would be an advantage.
Position offered will be commensurate with experience.
