Job Description

• Develop and implement a strategy to foster long-term relationships and continuous engagement with alumni.

• Serve as the lead account manager for lifelong learning-related matters.

• Lead the organisation of major local and global events.

• Develop and lead distinguished speaker series.

• Strengthen partnerships and collaborations with external and internal entities (such as colleges, faculties, schools, hostels, etc.) to create professional networking and learning opportunities, including intellectual and professional career-related talks.

• Lead the analysis, insights, and reporting on alumni engagement programmes and activities.

• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A recognised university degree with 7 years of proven track record in partnership and/stakeholder engagement

• Experience in the higher education sector will be a plus

• Creative, detail-oriented with strong people skills, sports-oriented, and a self-starter who is resourceful

• Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong project management skills, meticulous, energetic, and attentive to details

• Excellent analytical skills

• Adaptable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable operating independently as well as part of a larger team

• Willing to occasionally work after office hours
