The HR Executive is responsible, as a part of the HR function in MooVita, to support and execute initiatives planned by management. Responsibilities revolve around the generalist scope ranging from HR Operations, Employee Relations, Payroll Processing, Employee Engagement, Onboarding and Employee Exits. The incumbent will also support functions in the area of Recruitment & Learning & Development.

Responsibilities:

HR Operations

  • Be the point of contact for employees with matters pertaining to HR matters
  • HR Administration such as documentation pertaining to Employee Records in HR System and maintenance of P-Files and Contracts
  • Leave management
  • Support in monthly payroll processing and CPF submissions
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives such as activities, events, and birthday celebrations
  • Offboard and conduct the exit interview

Recruitment

  • Execution of talent acquisition (TA) and sourcing strategies that identify and secure a highly talented workforce and scale to support the company’s continued growth
  • Assist with interview coordination, interview preparation, and facilitation
  • Assist with gathering requirements for hiring and internships
  • Support in full recruitment cycle from identifying needs, job posting, sourcing, interview arrangement, salary proposal to onboarding

Learning & Development

  • Work with Team Leaders & Management to gather requirements and source for suitable courses & training
  • Conduct internal training such as orientation & HR policy briefings

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 1 year of work experience
  • A proactive approach to working with potential candidates
  • Ability to handle constant change with ease and flexibility
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational awareness
  • Ability to handle Special Projects as assigned
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in business communications

Good-to-have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment be it in agencies, RPOs, or in-house
  • Ability to develop relationships with partners and management across multiple locations
  • Experience staffing positions across the entry to senior positions in both technical and non-technical roles
