About the Role:

We are seeking a Partnerships Director to build and lead our partnerships function. Reporting directly to the CEO, this Individual Contributor role is perfect for someone who loves building relationships and driving revenue through strategic collaborations.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Transform our emerging partnerships program into a robust revenue channel
  • Build and nurture a strong partner network across our target markets
  • Drive qualified leads through partner collaboration
  • Hit collaborative KPIs that we will develop together

Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:

Partnership Development:

  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships in our key markets
  • Create and execute partner enablement programs
  • Conduct account mapping to identify cross-sell opportunities
  • Build official relationships with partners at all levels
  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies

Sales Collaboration:

  • Work closely with our Sales team to convert partner-sourced leads
  • Guide leads through the sales funnel effectively
  • Support partner sales teams in positioning OneCart
  • Share and exchange qualified leads with partners
  • Drive co-selling initiatives with key partners

Platform Expertise:

  • Master the OneCart platform to effectively position our value proposition
  • Stay current with product updates and new features
  • Help partners understand how our solution addresses customer needs

What We Need From You:

  • Proven ability to build and nurture business relationships
  • Strong sales instincts and deal-closing mindset
  • Self-starter mentality - this is a hands-on role where you will do the work yourself
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
  • Strategic thinking combined with tactical execution
  • Comfort with metrics and KPI-driven results
