As our new Digital Technology Specialist, you will be focusing on the development and implementation of strategies to drive solution and services sales through the SMB channel ecosystem. You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with channel partners to ensure mutual success. You will leverage on the available tools, resources and vendor programs to accelerate business growth and differentiate against competitors.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting key partners in building a scalable business plan and acquisition of new customers
  • Conducting customer engagements in presentations, sales pitches and workshops with channel partners to drive value in the partner eco-system
  • Generating pipeline activities through marketing, accelerating the pipeline with initiatives like workshops, and assisting in closing deals by applying incentives, promotions, and offers
  • Being a subject matter expert with the ability to demonstrate and pitch the value proposition of Microsoft Modern Workplace (M365) OR Biz App (D365, Power Platform) solutions

Your Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft 365/Copilot for M365 and/or Dynamics 365/Power Platform solution stack
  • Experience with Microsoft Bizz Apps or Modern Workplace
  • 1-3 years’ experience of sales, marketing or business development in IT Industry (i.e. System Integrator, Managed Service Provider, Consultant)
