A company is on the lookout for a Head of Marketing to join their talented marketing squad.

Responsibilities

To lead the marketing efforts and drive growth for the business, you will be responsible in the following but not limited to –

Business accountability


  • Full business accountability for the marketing department. Manage the budget for all online and offline marketing activities, ensure optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Manage marketing P&L. Implement analytics and reporting systems to measure the effectiveness of online and offline marketing efforts


Branding, creative, and content management


  • Develop a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with the business goals, target audience and brand positioning. Own the brand and marketing strategy roadmap and ensure consistency in branding across all markets
  • Deliver world class design, high impact brand content and communication solutions for all advertising and public-facing channels, including print, digital, and video assets in the retail stores, online platforms and offline ad channels by working with internal teams, agencies or freelancers


Digital and performance marketing management


  • Own the digital strategy and improve the website conversion rate. Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy tailored for a DTC model. Monitor and report on budget performance against established targets. Leverage advanced targeting and segmentation techniques to lower customer acquisition cost.


Customer engagement


  • Manage the entire customer lifecycle to maximise customer lifetime value and improve customer retention rate; manage the loyalty program; run customer engagement events to drive up the online and offline engagement


Partnerships, PR, Media


  • Develop and implement communications & PR strategy in the region, amplify brand visibility, and promote the company’s brand mission and strategic messages Team building: Build a world class marketing team for the global expansion with a high performance culture

Requirements


  • Passionate about the company’s products and mission
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in leading the marketing department of a consumer brand company with full business accountability
  • A highly motivated individual with proven track record of results
  • Proficient in branding, performance marketing, and running integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience in building a high performance team
  • A strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
