Responsibilities we will trust you with:

  • Manage technical resources for end-to-end software delivery using a low-code platform and Agile methodology.
  • Design and deliver technical/solution architectures based on business requirements.
  • Propose best practices and coding standards for the project, perform code reviews, and engage in hands-on coding if required.
  • Responsible for effort estimation, development schedules, quality control, and technical documentation.
  • Act as an IT consultant to assist clients with technical solutions, delivery roadmap, and post-implementation support strategy.
  • Manage external vendors for development and project delivery.
  • Lead technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to client stakeholders.
  • Involve in acquiring engagements and managing relationships with clients.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Business, or a related IT discipline.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in software development; experience in OutSystems web and/or mobile projects is an added advantage.
  • Working experience in Agile software development and technical practices.
  • Thrive and work well with others in a fast-paced, highly demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and results-focused.
  • Ability to deliver thoughtful, accurate, and timely work products.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to understand complex requirements and think strategically about business, products, and technical challenges.
  • Team player passionate about championing continuous refactoring and improvement to deliver high-quality software products.
