Redstone Commodity Search are working with a Singapore based bunker trading house looking to have an Assistant Vice President Join their team. The successful candidate will be a part of the team responsible for thermal coal sales in Non-China and Non-Indian markets.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Develop and execute trading strategies in line with organizational goals.
  • Formulate trading plans for Non-China and Non-India operations.
  • Cultivate and oversee industry connections in South-East Asia and South Korea.
  • Drive new business through client acquisition efforts.
  • Supervise trading program, addressing team capabilities, and providing necessary support.

Key Qualifications / Experience

  • Deep knowledge of product specifics, INCO terms, contracts, transaction processes, and bulk freight for seamless transactions.
  • 5-7 years’ experience in Thermal coal industry, with at least 2 years in trading.
  • Demonstrated success and enthusiasm in Thermal coal sales and marketing.
  • Strong technical grasp of Thermal coal and associated markets.
  • Analytical mindset with robust commercial skills.
