Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Hiring Managers to understand the hiring requirements and source for suitable candidates through appropriate recruitment platforms
  • Assist to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, processes, and programmes for effective recruitment
  • Partner with the business to understand business structures, priorities, and dynamics to develop a strategic sourcing plan to acquire talents to meet business needs
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process which include the sourcing of candidates, facilitation of interviews, conducting interview with Hiring Managers, preparation of salary proposal and offer letter, making job offer to candidates and as well as administering the contract signing for offered candidates
  • Build and maintain a passive pool of strong candidates by constantly looking and tapping on various source of recruitment channels
  • Constantly engage key stakeholders to ensure that recruitment KPIs are delivered promptly and efficiently
  • Manage the various social medial platform and sites to attract and hire talents
  • Review, design and drive the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes that support a positive candidate experience
  • Liaise with different vendors and brief them the requirements, follow-up to ensure proper profiles are gathered for suitable requirements and manage day to day interactions

Requirements

  • Degree holder
  • At least 5 years of in-house Talent Acquisition and recruitment experience

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience handling IT or Engineering-related positions
