Job Responsibilities:
Support for HR full spectrum function and administrations, including provide information, advice and resolve employees’ queries or HR issues
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
Responsible for timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll, CPF submission etc.
Responsible for the application /renewal or cancellation of work passes.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
Provide guidance on HR policies and manage employee relations matters.
Undertake to keep oneself well informed of the updated industry guidelines and develop new skills that are necessary for the job.
Ensure meticulous record-keeping and documentation related to HR and administrative tasks.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
High degree of integrity and discipline
Strong knowledge in local employment laws and practices
Ability to work independently yet a good team player.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Able to commence on short notice will be an added advantage.
